Supporting Hasbro’s continued efforts towards sustainability with a multi-platform PR campaign spanning experiential, press, broadcast, social and trade media to raise awareness of World Oceans Day.
To mark the event, held on the 8th of June each year, LtPR co-ordinated partners including ecological charity Cleaner Seas Project, educational publisher Twinkl, and retail partner ASDA to lead a marketing campaign that encouraged young families to learn all about our oceans and what they can do to help protect them for future generations.
To create a PR moment for the partnership, LtPR orchestrated the first Peppa Pig Beach Clean which created assets that were syndicated across national press.
Giving the initiative the attention it deserved, celebrity mum of three, Vogue Williams was selected as the face of the campaign, helping to promote the initiative through interviews and the beach clean photo shoot which generated a total media reach of 38,016,698 across press and social.
The campaign also included a retail activation, supporting the range of ASDA Peppa Pig World Ocean’s Day products.
