A Purr-fect VIP Screening for DreamWorks Animation’s Gabby’s Dollhouse

In March 2023, License to PR organised DreamWorks Animation’s golden ticket VIP screening event, celebrating the Series 7 Netflix launch of Gabby’s Dollhouse, and building brand awareness within the UK.

Celebrity parents, influencer families and key UK media taste makers enjoyed the ‘a-meow-zing’ event at London’s Curzon Soho for the record breaking show that is shaking things up in the crowded and highly competitive world of preschool.

Celebrity mum and reality TV star Samantha Faiers led the pink carpet and was joined by a star-studded line up of showbiz parents including Abbie Quinnen, Kimberly Wyatt, JB Gill, Tinchy Stryder and Ria Hebden.

Guests enjoyed a double-bill cinema screening of two new Gabby’s Dollhouse episodes and a variety of branded fun in the foyer themed activities.  These included a meet and greet photo opportunity with the Gabby costume character, fairy lantern arts and crafts inspired by new episode True Fairy Friends, a cat-shaped product display wall and a toy play corner showcasing Spin Master’s award-winning Gabby’s Purrfect Dollhouse play set, face painting, glitter tattoos and bespoke catering.

License to PR helped the brand secure its first UK national consumer coverage by placing news stories about the event in Daily Mail, Evening Standard, OK Magazine, and Yahoo! News with a reach of over 318 million.

Amazing feedback was received from the 32 influencer & celebrity families in attendance who posted a combined 166 social posts to an audience of over 3.7 million.
